Rooster Graphics and Designs
Privacy Policy
How Rooster Graphics and Designs handles the information you send through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by Rooster Graphics and Designs. You can reach the business by phone at (205) 574-0323 or by email at jonesgator6@yahoo.com.
What this website collects
The website has two forms. The Request a Quote form asks for your full name, phone number, email address, your town or city, the service you are asking about and a project description. Optionally, it also asks for additional services, size, measurements or quantity, the current condition of the vehicle or surface, whether you have artwork, a preferred timeframe, a preferred contact method, service-specific details (for example the vehicle year, make and model or the number of shirts), up to three photographs and an additional message.
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, a service or inquiry topic and your message.
Both forms require you to tick a consent box before they can be sent. Each form also contains a hidden field and a timing check used only to detect automated submissions.
Beyond the forms, the website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not embed third-party content. The hosting provider records standard technical information about requests (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in order to serve the website and protect it from abuse.
How your information is used
Form submissions are emailed to Rooster Graphics and Designs so that the business can respond to your request, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, provide the service. Your details are not sold, rented or added to marketing lists.
Your connection address is used at the moment of submission to limit repeated or automated submissions. The website does not store it afterwards.
Submitting a form is a request. It does not book a job, confirm timing or set a price.
Photographs you send
Photographs attached to the Request a Quote form are resized in your browser, checked on the server to confirm they are genuine JPG, PNG or WebP image files within the size and number limits, and then emailed privately to Rooster Graphics and Designs as attachments. They are not stored on the website, are never published and never appear in the website gallery. Please only send photographs you have the right to share, and avoid photographs that show other people without their agreement.
Who processes your information
The website is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and runs the small server functions that validate and forward form submissions. Emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email service, which delivers the message to the business inbox. Both providers process your submission only to deliver it.
If online submissions have not been switched on, the forms say so and nothing is sent; you can call or email the business instead.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and photographs are kept in the Rooster Graphics and Designs email inbox for as long as they are needed to respond to your request and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, then deleted.
Links to other sites
This website links to the page of the developer who built it. If the business adds links to its own social-media pages in the future, those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling (205) 574-0323 or emailing jonesgator6@yahoo.com. You can also contact the business by phone or email instead of using the forms.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated, size-limited and rate-limited on the server, and photographs are checked against their actual file content before being forwarded. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information such as payment details through the forms.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging graphics, sign and printing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website works changes, this page will be updated to match. The version published here is the current one.
